Consignment Agreement 

Consignment Terms: Consignor receives 50% of the final selling price on most items. ReLuxe may adjust commission to 60/40 for premium items or items requiring additional work. Consignment period is 90 days. 

Pricing & Merchandising: ReLuxe determines pricing based on brand, condition, and market demand. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, run promotions, and merchandise items at our discretion both in-store and online. A $1 stocking and inventory fee per item is deducted at payout. 

Item Condition: All items must be clean, authentic, and in excellent condition. ReLuxe reserves the right to decline items. A $1 steaming or preparation fee may be applied and deducted from consignor earnings. 

Authenticity: ReLuxe does not accept counterfeit items. Items must be authentic. ReLuxe may require third-party authentication if needed. Any authentication fees will be disclosed and deducted upon consignor approval. 

Consignment Period & Retrieval: Items are consigned for 90 days. Consignors must schedule pickup prior to the 97th day. Items not retrieved after 97 days are considered abandoned and become property of ReLuxe with no payment issued. Any unsold items will be donated to a local charity. 

Payments: Payments are issued upon request or quarterly once minimums are met. $50 minimum for check ($4 fee), $25 for Venmo/PayPal/Zelle ($2 fee). Store credit is available with no fee.  

Liability: ReLuxe is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, water, or other unforeseen circumstances. All items are consigned at the owner’s risk. 

Consignment drop-offs without appointment: Please limit drop-offs to 30 items or less. ReLuxe cannot hold any rejected items for more than 2 ReLuxe business days. We will consider any items not picked up without the time-frame as unwanted and will donate to a local charity.
